Nikhita joined Capstone in 2025 in our Europe energy team and is based in our London office. She primarily supports clients across Europe, MENA and APAC in renewables, clean molecules and powermarkets.
Prior to joining Capstone, Nikhita spent 3 years at Baringa Partners in their Energy and Resources team where she conducted research on renewables, critical mineral supply chains, powermarkets and major policy packages in the UK, EU and US. Her work also supported clients navigating government subsidies for renewables and clean molecules with policy analysis and project finance modelling. She interned with Baringa’s government advisory function upon completion of her studies and supported central government departments deploying policy measures.
Nikhita holds a BSc in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from King’s College London.
