Robbie joined Capstone in 2025 as a Vice President on the Financial Services team.
Prior to joining, Robbie served in the White House Domestic Policy Council as Associate Director during the Biden-Harris administration. In this role, he advised senior federal officials on the development and implementation of President Biden’s whole-of-government economic justice agenda, shaping the release of more than 650 policy interventions across 23 of the largest executive branch agencies. Before the White House, Robbie served as a career policy analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In addition to his government service, Robbie recently served as the lead campaign policy adviser to 2024 Democratic Vice Presidential Nominee Tim Walz.
Robbie holds bachelor’s degrees in public policy and computer science from Duke University.
