Gia joined Capstone in 2024 as a Senior Associate on the US Financial Services team. She assists with research and helps identify policy-driven investment opportunities across the financial services sector.
Prior to joining Capstone, Gia was on the strategic communications team at FTI Consulting, where she crafted communication strategies across various sectors, including crisis management, litigation, and public affairs. Before this, she served as a Regulatory Affairs Analyst at JP Morgan Chase, where she developed a deep understanding of financial policy and regulations.
Gia earned a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University and is a part-time MBA student at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Originally from Southern Maryland, she now lives in Northern Virginia.
