Eric leads Capstone’s Global Energy & Industrials Practice as a Senior Managing Director. Eric and his team advise leading energy companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds on investment decisions, M&A, and corporate strategy.
Eric has deep expertise in the energy, industrials, and sustainability sectors, where he has conducted M&A due diligence engagements on over 200 M&A transactions, representing tens of billions in aggregate transaction value.
Prior to joining Capstone in 2013, Eric was an equity research analyst at a boutique investment bank.
Eric holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Florida, where he received a National Merit Semifinalist scholarship.
