Prior to joining Capstone, Emma contributed to various research projects at Harvard Business School, interned at Spencer Stuart, a leadership advisory firm, and completed her senior thesis, which focused on health policy and COVID-19 vaccination.
Emma earned her B.A. in government with a concentration in public policy, from Harvard College. Originally from Boston, she currently resides in Washington, DC.
