Doug is a Vice President who joined Capstone’s London office in 2022. He analyses and predicts the impact of UK and European Union financial and business services regulation on private equity and capital market investments. Before joining Capstone, Doug worked at HM Treasury on a range of financial services and markets policy. He also worked at the European Parliament.
Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and applied quantitative methods from the University of Essex.
