Eric scheriff

Eric joined Capstone in 2013 and leads the firm’s energy practice. Eric has advised private equity and debt clients on a broad range of investments in the energy sector, with the total underlying deal sizes exceeding $5 billion across oil & gas (upstream, midstream, downstream) power and renewable energy.  He also advises Capstone's capital markets clients on regulatory and market issues impacting equity and debt securities of North American energy companies, with a focus on distressed and special situations. Eric's background in both equity research and policy analysis provides a unique perspective on the implications of regulatory changes for energy companies. Prior to joining Capstone, Eric was an equity research analyst at Noble Capital Markets, a research-driven boutique investment bank. He received a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Florida Atlantic University and lives in Washington, DC.
