Charlie joined Capstone in 2019 as an analyst in the Private Markets research group. Prior to joining Capstone, Charlie spent over two years at Guidehouse and PricewaterhouseCoopers serving public sector clients and focusing on financial management and supply chain optimization. Previous experiences include program support and research on U.S. consumer finance topics as well as Middle East fiscal and trade policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. As an undergraduate, Charlie served as a press officer at the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs. Charlie graduated with an M.A. in International Affairs and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a concentration in Energy, Resources, and Environment and a specialization in International Finance. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service. Charlie lives in Washington, DC.
