Phoebe joined Capstone in 2024 as a Vice President in the Private Markets Group, where she advises corporate and private markets clients across Capstone’s coverage areas. As a graduate student, she worked at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation providing debt financing to social enterprises in emerging markets. Her prior experience was on an institutional client team at BlackRock, where she worked in a business strategy role and held additional impact investing responsibilities. She also has experience in credit risk and internal consulting from her time at Citigroup.
Phoebe graduated from Georgetown University with an MBA and Graduate Certificate in International Development. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
