Max is a Senior Associate on Capstone’s Financial Services team. He helps advise private equity and hedge fund clients on policy-driven investment opportunities across the financial services sector.
Prior to joining the firm, Max was an Economic Research Analyst at the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of International Affairs, most recently covering large Western European economies, as well as Treasury’s involvement in US international financial regulatory discussions. Before Treasury, he worked as an Analyst within Goldman Sachs’ Risk division, working on firm liquidity and funding analysis.
Max earned a B.A. in economics and political science from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. Having lived across the US and UK, he now lives in Washington, DC.
