Adam is a Vice President on Capstone’s Energy team. He deals with natural gas pipeline permitting dynamics; the US liquefied natural gas supply; passage of California’s 2022 climate bill and the state’s oil and gas permitting dynamics; Class VI well permitting, carbon dioxide pipeline siting; the federal 45Q tax credit for carbon capture, utilization, and storage; National Ambient Air Quality Standards, and the evolution of federal methane regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam was an Investment Associate at Global Infrastructure Partners in New York, where he covered North America’s hydrocarbon infrastructure. Before joining GIP, he worked within Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking division, covering the US midstream oil and gas and renewable energy industries, and advised clients on strategic M&A and raising capital. Adam also spent time at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto.
Adam received a bachelor’s of commerce from the Queen’s University Smith School of Business in Ontario, Canada. He now lives in Washington, DC.
