Victoria joined Capstone in 2015 and is an analyst on the energy team. She covers policy and market developments around competitive power markets, including the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), PJM, Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), New England power market (ISO-NE), upstream oil and gas, pipelines and renewables. She has advised clients on policy issues including the impact of renewables on power markets; state and federal environmental policy risks to oil and gas developers; and the outlook for interstate oil and natural gas pipelines. Victoria has worked on a number of private equity due diligence projects, assessing the regulatory outlook for potential investments in the power, oil and gas and renewable financing sectors. Prior to joining Capstone’s energy team, Victoria interned for the firm’s research team and for a DC-based international affairs think tank. She received a degree from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and lives in Arlington, Virginia.
