Stephanie joined Capstone in 2016 and is an analyst on the energy team. Prior to joining Capstone, she worked at M.J. Bradley & Associates, focusing on regulatory compliance issues in the power sector and conducting deep-dive analysis of the administration’s Clean Power Plan. Previously, Stephanie worked in the Office of Air and Radiation of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where she helped develop the nation’s first NOx emissions trading program. She also has considerable international experience, having directed bilateral projects between the United States and the governments of China and Mexico. Earlier, Stephanie led SIP planning and inventory development projects at the Washington Council of Governments. She has advised major corporations in complying with state transportation planning and air quality requirements and has developed public-private partnerships to achieve voluntary emission reductions. Stephanie received a degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and an MS in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
