Christina joined Capstone in 2018 as a policy investment analyst on the healthcare team. She concentrates on policy issues relating to health information technology, behavioral health, medical devices, and managed care. Prior to joining Capstone, Christina worked as an associate analyst with Capital Alpha Partners, where she focused on policy trends and developments relating to telehealth, alternative payment arrangements, health insurance and payment reform, ACA and merger litigation, Medicaid and other state-level issues. Christina began her policy research career as a summer Graduate Fellow with the National Coalition on Health Care, a DC-based nonpartisan and nonprofit coalition of business, patient, and provider stakeholders. Christina earned a Master of Public Health degree in Management and Policy from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M University. She lives in Washington, DC.
